Student Employment (Online Application Form)

The library actively recruits Federal Work Study and regular undergraduate student assistants for flexible work schedules during day and evening hours, seven days a week. Library work may include assisting people at a service desk, using computers to find book and journal information, shelving and sorting books, filing, photocopying, answering the phone, and other library duties as assigned. Students looking for part-time employment may complete an application online. Federal Work Study applicants should e-mail Library Administration Personnel or by telephone (407) 823-4405, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., after submitting an application to find out what additional paperwork is needed.

Applications are kept active in the database for three months. Students are actually hired by various library departments within the library as needed throughout the year. When an opening occurs, the student supervisor reviews all active applications in the database and contacts students directly for interviews. If you have not been contacted within three months and are still interested in employment at the library, please re-submit an application online.
