Copiers take cards and cash (all coins - except pennies - and bills - $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20). Printers and microform readers take only cards.

Copy Services is unable to handle monies of any kind (neither cash, check, nor credit card). Change for large bills is available from:
Patrons requesting refunds for money loss due to machine or card malfunctions should report the loss to the Copy Services Office, LR 229 (see Reporting Problems). Copy Services staff will happily help by providing an equivalent value on a loaner copy card. No cash refunds will be issued. Nor will refunds be issued on unspent balances.
Patrons requesting refunds for money loss due to machine malfunctions should report the loss to the front desk. The UOF Library will report the loss to the Printing Services staff at (407) 823-5072. Printing Services will then leave cash refunds at the front desk for the patron to pick-up or will credit UCFCard refunds to Purse #1. Patrons having trouble with a UCFCard should contact the UCF Card Office
All UCFCard will be turned into the library's lost and found at the Circulation Desk. Check there first for your lost card. Circulation will return lost cards to the UCF Card Office usually the same day they are received. UCFCard holders should remember that purse one can be used for a number of purchases around campus beside photocopying. All due care should be taken with the card. For lost cards at the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College check their Photocopy Services page.
The library is unable to issue any cash refunds, including the balance remaining on a copy card, e.g., after graduation, separation from the university, etc. Please manage the balance amount on your cards accordingly.
